Welcome to Goal Ferret! By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Account Creation & Security

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use this service.

You are responsible for keeping your account login info secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable Use (What You Can’t Do)

We want to keep our platform safe. You agree not to use our app to:

Upload anything illegal, abusive, or harmful.

Try to hack, reverse-engineer, or crash our system.

Spam other users or scrape our data.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

Billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis via Stripe.

Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings. You will have access until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will not renew.

Refunds: All payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused months of service, or instantly downgraded accounts.

4. Your Content & Our Intellectual Property

Your Data: You own all the goals, tasks, and text you type into the app. We claim zero ownership over your content.

Our Tech: We own the app's code, branding, logos, and design. You cannot copy or use our intellectual property without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

The "Goal" Clause: We provide this tool to help you organize your goals, but we make no guarantee that using our app will make you successful, healthy, or achieve your specific goals.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We don't guarantee the app will be 100% bug-free or online 24/7.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SC Web Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be handled in Salt Lake City, Utah.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice inside the app before the changes take effect.
